I bring an independent, neutral and unbiased perspective to the factual, legal and practical complexities of a business dispute.
As a mediator, I focus on building trust with clients and counsel. I fully engage client decision-makers as the single most important factor in a successful mediation.
Working collaboratively with business people and their attorneys, I assist in bringing to conclusion the risk, uncertainty, expense, distraction, and the enormous investment of time and energy required for the daily battle and grind of litigation.
I am a low volume, high value mediator. I accept just one matter per week. I study the details of the merits and risks of that matter; and when we all come together on mediation day, I work tirelessly with business clients and their lawyers to assist in identifying a resolution that works for everyone.
I focus on the business clients and their decision-makers. I do care deeply about working collaboratively and creatively with all stakeholders in reaching fair and reasonable mediated resolutions.
If the matter is not resolved on mediation day, I engage in proactive and persistent follow with calls, Zoom/Teams conferences and meetings to reach settlement terms that work for everyone.
I have mediated with more than 150 law firms. For any particular law firm(s), please feel free to request the names of the lawyers with whom I have worked.
I seek to facilitation resolution in a way that best benefits the parties, ultimately brings them closure, and ends throwing more money into the fire of litigation.
I have observed, curated, selected, collected, and refined a combination of mediation practices that I embrace.
My goal, approach, and strategy is designed to place business people in the best position to move forward in a constructive and positive way, to conclude the dispute in a way that enables them to do what they do best, which is to build and maintain a successful business.
